起跑前，在不丹學生們唱頌歌，與喇嘛的加持保佑下，展開了第一天不丹🇧🇹高山200km的賽事。
法國選手率先衝出，速度快的驚人，前10km都維持在4分08秒～4分25秒之間，我原本設定的作戰策略也稍微調整，也硬跟上。直到12km過去，跑感才慢慢順暢，從第三名終於慢慢追到第二，而第一名把我們拉開約5分鐘的距離。
20km過後，賽道開始連續不斷陡爬升到1756m，也是最後困難的地方，前面稍微保留一點體力，策略是這時候在開始追趕，但也因爲高度爬升，越來越喘，腳也越來越痠，一直撐到最後1km，我終於看到人影便快速拉近距離剩下1分鐘了！最後再加速一下把差距追近到剩下40秒。法國選手參加過許多越野賽事，是位知名老將，後面幾天一定會非常競爭激烈。
接下來連續四天賽程才是重點，爬升最陡也是困難的，明天將要進入我最害怕有螞蝗的森林賽道，希望一切平安，休息後，繼續奮戰！

Local school children from the villages of Punakha set our runners on the race course of GlobalLimits Bhutan – The Last Secret 6th edition with their solemn and beautiful voice singing the national anthem of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
The head Lama from the Punakha Dzong blessed our runners for good weather and a safe race.
Today, their goal after running 30.7km is the Chorten Nyingpo Monastery at 1756m.
French runner Guillaume Degoulet is the first male in this stage in 2:45:51 followed by Tommy Chen from Taiwan in 2:46:31.
Michael Benz from Switzerland takes the third male place in 3:03:41.
Tonight they will camp in the courtyard of the Monastery and prepare for tomorrow's stage”
